HS2 Enabling works at Euston station

Provision of strategic support for Highways and Utilities

The arrival of HS2 at Euston will create the opportunity for up to 19,000 new jobs, 1,700 homes and new public spaces as part of a wider masterplan for the area.

The station is uniquely positioned to benefit the UK and London economies by enabling a major redevelopment of the Euston area and transforming the experience of users and the local community.

When open, HS2 will get you from the new Euston station to Manchester Piccadilly in an hour and 11 minutes, almost an hour quicker than the current fastest journey.

The minimum travel time to Birmingham will be almost halved, with Euston to the new high speed Curzon Street station taking just 45 minutes.

Assisting Success were pleased to play a key role in the enabling works phase on behalf of our Client Costain/Skanska in providing strategic leadership and strategy plans for highways and utility related matters that assisted with the delivery phase whilst ensuring compliance with conditions and undertakings and assurances set out in the HS2 Hybrid Bill
